At Ehsaas Jewellery, every piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves us. We take great pride in the quality of each order we dispatch.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the case of a damaged or defective product being delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order — via Instagram DM or WhatsApp or Email
- An unboxing video is mandatory — exchanges will not be processed without it
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the damaged piece to be replaced at no additional cost.
